Well, I did it! I finally finished 'The Nanny Diaries'. Darren was on holidays this past week so we went and spent the week at the cabin. Sooo relaxing! We were going to go to Jasper but decided it would cost way too much money. For us to spend 4 nights there it would cost us almost $200 just for the fee to be in the park per day and the camping. I think if you are camping in the park you shouldn't have to pay the stupid fee. Or give a percentage off at least. Sheesh.
Anyways, so I finished the book while having coffee one morning in the trailer. I thought it was alright. Some funny parts. And I can relate to how Nanny feels. Having spent a number of years working in a daycare I did feel sometimes that I took better care of some kids than their own parents did.
So anyways, I am now reading another book, from Tawnja again, called 'Lovely Bones' by Alice Sebold. It's about a girl that got murdered and she is telling her story from heaven, how she got murdered and such. So far it's pretty good. Thanks again Tawnj! Let's see how long it takes me to read this one.

so, you finally did it, eh! macey gave me nanny diaries but haven't got around to it yet, have about 5 books before it. OMG, i'm totally gonna get lovely bones. i've been seeing it for awhile now, but i just read that it's gonna be made into a movie and now i wanna read the book.
